Thanks for shopping with MIO Mahj! Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Order Processing

Our mahjong sets are handmade with care, so they take a little time to prepare. Most sets are made and shipped within 3–5 business days. Accessories and printed items (mugs, bags, magnets, and similar) are produced by our print partners and typically ship within 2–7 business days. Processing times may be a bit longer during holidays, sales, or new-release launches.

Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Because some of our items are made by different partners, orders that mix our handmade sets with printed accessories may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment — not to worry, the rest of your order is on its way!

Digital Downloads

Digital products, like our printable cheat sheets, are delivered instantly. You'll receive a download link by email right after your purchase — no shipping required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please email us at support@miomahj.com within 7 days and we'll do everything we can to make it right. For items damaged in transit, please include photos so we can help quickly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
