We work hard to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. Because our items are handmade and screens vary, the actual product may differ slightly in color or appearance — this is a natural part of a handmade product and is not a defect.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information (including pricing and availability) at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or limits on quantities. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund for that order.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork or designs.

Product Use & Care

Our products are intended for personal, recreational use. Please follow the care guidance in our Return & Refund Policy to keep your tiles in great condition. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not our responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIO Mahj is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
